The official launch of Big Band Blast 2022 is Friday 27th May. Blast Off is in the Panthers auditorium. Music kicks off at 5pm with the official launch at 6pm. The evening is for registered participants and their families only.  Come and join in the fun and listen special guest bands perform. Entry for those who are not registering for the weekend is $10 (children under 14 free)

There is a bistro at the club, and fast food options just outside the club. Fast food from outside cannot be brought into Panthers Club. Students must be escorted by a teacher or parent when re-entering the club. 

 

Bandemonium continues on Saturday 28th May with 3 stages at Panthers Club (Auditorium, Paws Lounge, and Riverside Deck). Performances by up to 35 bands (COVID-19 restrictions pending) is free for the public and music starts at 10am until 5.30pm. Workshops are also running throughout the day and attendance to these are strictly for wristband holders only - workshops may need to be pre-booked due to room number restrictions. Wristbands can be purchased at Blast Central outside the Panthers Auditorium on Friday from 3pm and all day on Saturday for $88 and cover all workshops over the weekend.

 

Our special Saturday night concert held at Panthers Auditorium from 7.30pm. The concert features performances by our special guests. Doors open at 7pm and tickets are available from Panthers for $25 (children under 14 free)

 

Sunday 29th May kicks off  with a crazy, colourful Street Parade. Wear a crazy hat and bring something to blow or bang and join in the fun. Parade is 9am - 10am starting at Westport Park. 

 

Bandemonium and workshops continue after the parade at Panthers from 10.15am and wrap up with a final concert by the guest artists at 2.30pm.
